How do I log into my account?
Click on "Connection" at the top right.
Fill in your e-mail address and your password then click on “Connection”
In case of lost password, click on “Forgotten password”.
A new password will be emailed to you.

How can I pay for an order?
We only accept the following payment methods:
VISA / BLUE CARD / MASTER CARD / Bancontact / Paypal

Can I modify or cancel an order?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will no longer be able to modify it, even if it has not yet been shipped.

I have a promo code, how do I get it?
If you have a promo code, enter it in the field provided at the time of payment. If the code's conditions of application are met, the reduction will be applied immediately to your cart.

Delivery

What are the possible delivery methods and times?
Orders are sent via Bpost at the following rate: € 3.20 / shipment.

How to track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the arrival of your package. Remember to check your spam emails regularly so you don't miss out!

I have not received my order, what should I do?
You can find your tracking number in the "my account" section to find out the status of your package.
If it is marked as delivered but you have not received anything, contact your post office directly to find out more.
Do not forget to check with your neighbors if they have not received your package in your absence.

Return and refund

I would like to return my order, what should I do?
If your order is not suitable, you have 14 days after receipt of your package to return it to us.
To do this, make sure the product has not been worn or soiled and return it to its original packaging. Please note, only unworn products can be returned!
You can return your package via Bpost only to the following address:

Keep the proof of deposit of the package: in the event of a dispute or loss of the package by the carrier, the deposit slip will prevail and the reimbursement of the returned product (s) may thus be made.
Note that returns can take up to 10 days to reach us. They are then processed within 72 hours.
If the product is returned under the conditions mentioned above, then you will receive an email notifying you of the refund of your order.

Where are your products made?
The DeltriGex range and the DeltriSafe Masks are manufactured at our production site in Fleurus, Belgium.

How long can I wear the DeltriSafe Mask TYPE II?
You can use the mask for 4 hours. It should be disposed of in a closed bin after use.

How long can I wear the DeltriGex Mask and the DeltriGex One?
You can use the mask for 8 hours before washing it off and reusing it.

Can I reuse the DeltriGex Mask and the DeltriGex One?
The products in the DeltriGex range are washable 25 times, and therefore reusable as many times.

Should I wash the DeltriGex masks and filters before first use?
Yes, masks and filters should be washed at 60 ° C for 30 minutes before first use.

What are the washing instructions for the DeltriGex Mask and the DeltriGex One?
Washable 25 times
If you are using a tumble dryer: place the DeltriGex with other clothes
The DeltriGex must be washed for 30 minutes

What is the filtration level of the DeltriGex Mask and the DeltriGex One?
The products in the DeltriGex range filter 90% of the particles present in the air.

What is the filtration level of the DeltriSafe Mask?
The DeltriSafe Mask filters 98% of particles in the air.

What does the "Test Achats Approved" ?
The DeltriGex range is approved by Test Achats.
Companies marketing a product / service that meets strict specifications defined by Test Achats can now enter into a license agreement which authorizes them to use this label in their communication.

This is the performance label for “community” mouth masks, it certifies that the DeltriGex Masks and the DeltriGex One meet the minimum requirements for manufacture, maintenance and use defined in paragraphs 8.4 and 8.5 of the reference document. Belgian official: NBN / DTD S 65-001: 2020.
